Payment
We currently accept visa, mastercard, PayPal, personal checks, and money orders. For personal checks the check will be held for 10 business days after receiving it, for security purposes.
Shipping
Free delivery on orders over $50! for orders in the contiguous United States. Shipping and handling rates are calculated based on total order value. Please call for all International shipping information. Our shipping charges cover the shipping cost as well as the handling and packing cost. WE DO ALLOW LOCAL PICKUP with arranged pickup time. Standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail delivery takes between 2-3 Business Days. All clearance or sale Items ship Parcel Post and have up to 8 business day delivery time. Oversize items (>1000 cubic inches, such as oblong cases and most 3/4 - 4/4 violin outfits) shipping to Postal Zones 6-8 (based on NC departure zip code) may ship Parcel Post and have up to 8 business day delivery time. Return Policy and Guarantees
If you have received an item that is defective upon delivery, received an incorrect order item, or an item(s) is missing, please contact us as soon as possible. We offer free replacement and shipping costs for merchandise that is defective upon delivery or is an incorrect order item. If an item arrives damaged, save the original carton, packing material and damaged goods for inspection by the carrier. We offer a 30-day replacement or return guarantee on items with manufacturer defects.
If you purchase the wrong instrument, color, size, want an upgrade, or feel the instrument does not perform to your expectations, exchange or return is allowed within 15 days of the purchase date. Be sure to keep the original packaging materials and the item must be in its original condition. Buyer must pay shipping for return and is responsible for insurance and any shipping-related damage to the item. Unless an instrument has been damaged during shipping, we will not exchange or accept a return for: - Instruments with broken parts including broken pegs, chinrest, bridge, strings, tailpiece, or any other fittings or part of the instrument body.
- Instruments that have been dropped or handled poorly.
- Instruments with a scratched or chipped finish.
- Instruments that are cracked.
- Instruments that have undergone heat or moisture damage.
